Mitera Collection was started in the hopes of creating quality clothing that is beautiful, functional, and that can accompany moms throughout their motherhood journey. We know how busy a mother's life can be so we want to make sure that our online experience is as easy as possible, including when your purchase doesn't work out.
We want you to feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, please let our Mitera Concierge team know so that we can take care of you. We will get back to you as soon as we can, which is often less than 48 hours.
Ordering and Sizing
Created by moms, Mitera garments are designed to accommodate and compliment a mother's changing figure during and after pregnancy. A Mitera Concierge representative is available at all times through email and messenger to help you find the perfect design, style, and size for your lifestyle.
Each style comes with exact sizing and detailed measurement charts to help you determine the perfect fit for you. Please note that recommendations are just that and can vary for each woman and on how she grows into her pregnancy.
Shopping with a discount code
We offer discount codes from time to time, especially to those who are on Mitera Insider's List for shopping with us. At this time, only one discount code can be used at checkout and discount codes cannot be combined. Furthermore, we are unable to apply a discount code retroactively, once it is expired or swap a code with another one. Thank you for understanding.
Our small team personally hand picks, packs, and ships your order to you with love and care. At this time, all orders can be processed within 48 hours during the week but could be longer over the weekend. Processing and shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please email our Mitera Concierge team to inquire about expedited shipping if you are looking to receive your dress by a certain date.
Please note that we are not responsible for typographical errors to the shipping address entered during the checkout process.
Shipping is free for all orders over $100 to an address in the Continental U.S.
International orders are subject to a different shipping and handling process. Normally, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Please email us at email@example.com if you have a question concerning your order from outside the United States. In addition, we would recommend using a service like Aramex or HopShopGo.
Returns and Exchanges
We will always do our best to take care of you- and that means dealing with any less than perfect experiences fairly and reasonably. We ask that you are fair and reasonable with us as well.
Any request for Returns or Exchanges can be made through our Returns and Exchanges Center.
All accessories are final sale and no requests for returns or exchanges may be made.
You have 30 days including the weekends from the date your shipment arrives to request a return or exchange for non-accessories products. In order to receive a full refund, the item(s) needs to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original date of receipt of the item (s). If you choose to return an item, $5.95 will be held from your refund to handling and restocking. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit at no additional cost to you. Requests can be made through our Returns and Exchanges Center or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. You will be emailed a return label, and after your return is received, inspected, and accepted by our fulfillment team, you will be issued a credit. The item must be returned to us with in 30 days of receiving the initial item. A Mitera Concierge team member will keep you updated at all times. In order to receive a full credit, the returned item(s) must have all of its original labels, with hangtags, etc., intact and preferably in its poly bag and must be unworn. Please also understand that getting the return shipment to us is your responsibility. Please track it to make sure that the item gets returned to us safely. If we did not receive it, please check with the carrier first before contacting us.
If 14 days after your shipment arrived has passed and you have not requested a return or an exchange, you are no longer eligible for a return. We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of receipt. We will cover shipping both ways for your first exchange.
In the case of a full refund to the original credit card or method of payment, please allow 5-14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Please be sure to contact your credit card company and bank before reaching out to us - we have found that most of the delays are made between those two entities.
If any returned item(s) do not meet the condition specified in this return policy, you may no longer be eligible for a full refund.
International Mitera customers are subject to a different return process and do not quality for free returns and exchanges at this time. Please contact our Mitera Concierge team at email@example.com for more information on completing an international return or exchange.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time: gift cards, items that are discounted equal to or greater than 25% (during sales or using discount codes), and accessories. Pre-Black Friday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale items are not eligible for a return but are eligible for a one-time exchange.
