Free & Easy Returns.
All unworn and unaltered items in the original packaging with hangtag may be returned. You have 30 days to return the item but a return request must be filed within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be received at our fulfillment center within 30 days of receipt of the product.
If you choose to return an item, $5.95 will be held from your refund to cover restocking. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit at no additional cost to you.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 to 15 business days.

We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 14 days of receipt. We will cover shipping both ways for your first exchange.
*International Orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.

Shipping Instruction
1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your order number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. Use the pre-paid return label you received from us to address the package and drop off your package at the office an appropriate carrier to ship it.
3. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
4. You will receive a email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
