Mitera Mamas Give Thanks
The holiday season has officially started and today we celebrate Thanksgiving in the United Sates and Canada. This is a time of celebration for everything we cherish in our lives from health and happiness to love and friendship. In the spirit of reflection and holiday, Mitera asked 7 modern mamas around the world to share what they're most thankful for.
“I am incredibly thankful for my family. They have given me so much love and taught me to see magic in every day.”

“I am thankful for always finding strength when I needed it this year, with help from my husband, older couples in the street going crazy over the twins, yoga via the Internet, prolactin, sunshine, and the smiles of Carla and Lovis.”

“I am thankful for being able to share a life of travel and learning with my kids being that I am a diplomat. I am also really grateful that my son is able to attend such a lovely preschool where he is growing and thriving!”

“I am thankful that while I am at work, my 2 children are so well cared for; their days are full of learning, play, and exploration. In particular I’m so grateful for my son’s teachers. One of my favorite things is hearing about what he does at school.”

“I could say that this year more than ever, I am grateful for our friends and family, who we have leaned on like never before, and who have given us strength I couldn’t have imagined, but most of all, I am thankful for my son. He wakes us every morning with his laughter that is full of infectious joy and excitement. We are truly lucky to have him in our lives.”

“I am so thankful for my healthy family, my two spirited and curious kiddos, my loving husband and especially my mom, who lives with us and her dog Oliver. I am also thankful for my friends around the world, our new life in Dallas, my stimulating and challenging job, 15 years in NYC, and the ability to have travelled to over 40 countries. I have a really wonderful life and I feel very lucky and thankful everyday.”

“I am grateful for my family’s health, happiness and humor!”
