A Story From Our Giving Partner: Devi and Baby

Devi is a young mother whose baby girl was suffering from severe jaundice. After three days under a CFL (compact fluorescent lamps) device at a government hospital in Tamil Nadu, India, her baby’s condition had not improved. The baby was then moved to a double-sided Brilliance device and within four days, her bilirubin levels were brought down to a normal range. Much to her mother’s relief, the baby was finally out of danger. Now Devi is a happy mom with a healthy and thriving baby.
